Located in the heart of Saco, Maine, our services extend up to 40 miles to ensure your celebration is seamlessly covered. Don't hesitate to connect with us even if you're a bit beyond that radius! For events outside our standard 40-mile service range, a minor additional fee of $10 per extra mile applies. 

Our mobile bar is 16’ long, 7’ wide and 8.5’ feet tall. 

As per the regulations set by the state of Maine, we proudly hold a valid catering and liquor license, allowing us to both purchase and sell alcohol seamlessly within the state. While our expertise lies in beverage catering, we also extend our offerings to include exclusive late-night snack services for  events.

Please note that for every off-site, full-service event hosted within the state, we diligently submit applications and obtain town approval, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Your celebration deserves the finest, and we're committed to delivering it with the utmost professionalism and adherence to legal requirements.

The short answer is no, we do not offer this kind of service.

Rest assured, your peace of mind is our priority. Our comprehensive coverage includes General Event Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance. To ensure seamless off-site events we diligently submit applications to the town for approval. Your focus should be on enjoying the moment, and with us, all the necessary details are handled with precision and care.

We can help create specialty cocktails, cocktail menus, &  suggest local beer and wine options!  We can also create a cocktail recipe just for you! 

To secure your reservation, a $500 deposit is necessary. The remaining balance is to be settled one week prior to your event, ensuring everything is in place for your special day. Please note that, unfortunately, cancellations do not qualify for a refund of the deposit. 

Our bars require flat ground for setup and service, access for set-up and breakdown, and two standard outlets (a generator can be added to your package if you don't have access to electricity).

We have certain add-on items that we offer in addition to bar service. You can additionally rent speciality glassware from your rental company however we do include disposable drink wear. 

Securing your booking is a breeze! Simply shoot us an email with the specifics of your event. Once we confirm our availability, it's smooth sailing – all that's left is to sign our contract and make a deposit.
